Alex Ryan and Keren Perla’s Unregulators Comic
We are excited to share the Unregulators comic, created by Future of Labs contributors Alex Ryan and Keren Perla, with illustrations by Alexandre Magnin. What started as a lighthearted skit at a Future of Labs gathering has grown into a comic that relates a tough tension for our field. How can we explain the value of labs to people outside the lab ecosystem, including funders, policy makers, community partners, and governments? The comic uses humour to explore this question while encouraging reflection on how we communicate the role of labs.
